We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including processing payments and maintaining accurate cash drawers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations based on preferences.
- Utilize FOCUS POS system for order entry, payment processing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or catering events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience (at least 2 years in Fine Dining) is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for patrons.
- Experience in catering or event services is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the business needs.
